the customer service is not professional, they are not friendly, when my vehicle was ready, I had to go to the desk after no one didn't come in the waiting room to notify me, there was no Thank You from the Employee at the desk or the billing window just not friendly. It would be helpful if they would smile sometime and look the customers in the eye when talking not the computer. AND IF POSSIBLE, COMMUNICATE BETTER WITH THE CUSTOMER A (: IS JUST NEEDED HERE IN THE SERVICE DEPT.

We've used Lassiter Motors before. Their service is very good. Vernon Ousley kept in touch with us letting us know what was wrong with our vehicle, how much it would cost, and setting up the appointment. He makes us feel as if we really matter as customers. We trust Vernon and Lassiter Dealership. I recommend this dealership over others.

Brought my 2017 Chevy in for service on Monday night, Nov. 3rd, 2025, for my service appointment the next day. I had made the service appointment about a week in advance. My car was making a squeaking noise that I had thought was a suspension issue due to the accident I was in over a year ago. My service advisor was very kind but the experience was awful. The vehicle was not diagnosed until the end of the day on Nov, 6th. It needed brake pads, and it was going to be a full week until they got the brake pads on either Wednesday, November 12th, or Thursday, the 13th. I don’t understand why it would take a whole week for the dealer to get brake pads. You would think the suppliers would be able to get them there faster. They also do not offer loaner cars anymore so your stuck without a ride just waiting on the part unless you want to drive all the way back to pick up the car until the part arrives. The part did not come in until Thursday the 13th and my service advisor called me to let me know the technician had accidently ordered 2 sets of rear brake pads instead of one set for both front and rear. Not a big deal, I understand people make mistakes, but now I'm stuck even longer without a car. Was told they overnighted the front pads and it would be done Monday November 17th for sure. Keep in mind they should’ve went ahead and done the rear brakes so all that would be left is the front when the front pads came in. I called at the end of the day on Monday, November 17th (around 5pm as service dept. closes at 5:30) and they said it looks like it wasn’t quite ready. That is insane. All my car was brought in for was brake pads and to check my 12v battery. The next day, I spoke with the service manager, and while he was nice, all I kept getting was I’m sorry and I understand. Nothing was offered to rectify the situation. No loaner, no rental car reimbursement, no coupon for like a silly tire change or something. Shouldn’t have taken a week to get brake pads when AutoZone down the road has them in stock. I also shouldn’t have to be left without a car an additional 4 days because the wrong part was ordered. I wouldn’t be upset if a loaner or rental car reimbursement was offered, but nothing. He said it will definitely be done today, on Tuesday, November 18th. While the car was ready at the very end of the day on the 18th, it shouldn’t have taken that long. Apparently, they didn’t even start the rear brakes until that day. It would’ve been ready sooner if that had already been done and should’ve been done when that part came in. I have no issues with the service itself but if I am paying $622 for brake pads (front and rear) at the dealer, I expect better service. Especially when I can buy the parts for $90 at AutoZone instead of the $199 charged for parts and get them installed cheaper at Mavis. Never had to wait this long for brakes on the GMC, or the Mercedes I had. Taking 2 whole weeks just to replace brake pads is actually insane, and I am thoroughly upset that nothing was done to rectify the situation as a customer.

Outstanding service they treat you like family you walk in they help you and ask any questions. They have all the answers for you very friendly. I’ve never seen a service department that is so friendly as this one is I enjoy going up there and sitting and having coffee employees from the front door to the back door or absolutely customer service 100% plus…

The customer service was excellent, as always. My vehicle was ready in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Lasseter’s to my family and friends in the future. I’m very thankful for Vernon, also. He always helps me resolve any issues I’m having, and assists with answering any questions I may have appropriately.

I previously had a problem with my back-up camera, and a correction was made at around 15k miles. I had the same problem occur at 38k miles. Brandy and Joey both helped with documentation to GMC about the previous issues, and helped get the processor replaced under warranty. Everyone at the dealership was great and helpful in getting my issue corrected immediately, I was completely satisfied at a very quick response. Thank you!!!

Really long wait time even with appointment. Girl pulling my truck up slammed my door like she owned the truck. Just got it a year ago. Was supposed to rotate tires and I am sure they weren’t. Tag not placed in door jam, it was left in the door. Then almost a 180 bill.

I dropped my truck off on a Sunday for a transmission and Motor Mounts and it was ready on that following Friday. The service there is remarkable. Everyone is friendly and they made sure that it was operating properly before I picked it up. Vernon is a great service manager. I have been informing my family members how great my experience was.

My vehicle came in again for a different concern. The concern wasn't covered by the warranty. I had the vehicle picked up so the towing fee was higher.

The repair work was completed in a timely manner. I am not pleased that GM is not covering the replacement of the gear shift assembly especially since they have determined that the original shifter assemblies were defective. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend GM vehicles to anyone.

$70+ in labor for 2-3 minutes to install a $30 locking spring pin on the fuel fill door? On a vehicle purchased three days prior. The missing spring pin should have been found during pre-sale inspection, by either party, regardless, as the fuel door will not work probably without it. Not to mention the pin was not installed properly/completely locked into place and fell out when the fuel door was opened for fueling the next day. Which I then picked up and installed correctly in about 30 seconds. I was under the assumption the $30 price estimate I was given via text and call was total - the part and the two minutes to install the pin. If I would have known it would be $120 for the pin and labor, again, not installed correctly, I’d have just ordered the pin.
